About Our Founder
With over 10 years of talent management experience, I have developed the art of discovering peoples' talents and utilizing them to their fullest potential.
In my previous roles in agency, hospital, and corporate settings, I’ve managed over 95 open positions simultaneously (both internal & external) and have filled some of the toughest roles. I have hired great people from entry through executive level positions.
After finding just the right fit, I've learned you have to work to keep those strong employees. I've helped many organizations do this with compensation upgrades, benefits review, culture enhancements, and more.
I currently live with my family in Dallas with roots on the East Coast. I love traveling and learning about new cultures, creating pottery, & volunteering at the local food pantry. Being first generation American has taught me how to work smarter and the importance of relationships. I can’t wait to connect with you!
